Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Patriot Liquidating, a liquidation services company based in Rochester, New Hampshire. By engaging Patriot Liquidating for any liquidation, buyback, bulk sales, or warehouse service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services Provided
Patriot Liquidating provides liquidation services including consumer buyback, inventory and overstock liquidation, and bulk sales and warehouse services. The company evaluates inventory on-site, delivers immediate purchase offers, and handles logistics from assessment through final sale. Services are available locally within a 75-mile radius of Rochester, New Hampshire — including Portsmouth, Concord, and Manchester — throughout the United States and the US Virgin Islands, and in select international markets including Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, Costa Rica, New Zealand, and Australia.
Transaction Terms
All purchase offers made by Patriot Liquidating are based on on-site assessment of inventory, assets, or merchandise at the time of evaluation. Offers are presented the same day as the assessment and are valid for the period specified at the time of the offer.
Acceptance of an offer constitutes a binding agreement to sell the assessed inventory or assets to Patriot Liquidating at the agreed-upon price. Once an offer is accepted, the sale is expected to be completed within the timeframe discussed at the time of agreement, typically within days.
All sales are final. Patriot Liquidating is not obligated to repurchase, return, or exchange any inventory or assets once a transaction has been completed.
Pricing and Payment
All offers are determined at the sole discretion of Patriot Liquidating based on the assessed value and marketability of the inventory or assets at the time of evaluation. Patriot Liquidating does not guarantee any specific price, minimum offer, or valuation outcome.
Payment terms, method, and timing are agreed upon between the parties at the time of offer acceptance. Patriot Liquidating handles all logistics associated with the sale once terms are accepted.
Ownership and Title
By accepting an offer and completing a transaction, the seller represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of the inventory or assets being sold, that the goods are free of liens, claims, and encumbrances, and that they have full legal authority to transfer ownership to Patriot Liquidating.
Specialty Items
Patriot Liquidating purchases specialty collections including firearms and ammunition, gold and silver assets, and large animal taxidermy. All transactions involving regulated items such as firearms and ammunition will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the transfer of any regulated items meets all legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Patriot Liquidating provides liquidation services on an as-is basis. The company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any valuation, the suitability of services for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of any informal estimates provided prior to on-site assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patriot Liquidating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services, any transaction, or any reliance on information provided by the company.
Patriot Liquidating's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the inventory or assets in that specific transaction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot Liquidating, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, any misrepresentation regarding ownership or condition of goods, or any violation of applicable law.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement prior to the acceptance of an offer with no obligation. Once an offer has been accepted by both parties, cancellation is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of acceptance. Patriot Liquidating reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.
